Job Description
Job Regular duties:
1. Manage, control and ensure that company(Factory) accounting activities and procedures conform to generally accepted accounting principles
2. Ensure that all financial transactions are handled and processed effectively and efficiently
3. Prepare quotation in coordination with Head of Operations and send it customers. Maintain the file system for the same for easy retrieval of the records
4. Maintain stationary stock, and accordingly communicate with local supplier to get required material for factory use
5. Follow up with customers for payment upon expiry of committed credit date
6. Assist accountant for smooth function of accounts department
7. Any other task as assigned by management
