Job Description

Job Description • Responsible for Line Set up and operates Blow Molding Machines in shift rotation • Responsible for operating of the blow mould and packaging machines (sleeving, packaging, Palletizing) • Responsible for Mold & package Change, Process Recipes / Parameter Setup • To insure Bottles specification compliance • Observe machine smooth operations to ensure quality and conformity of packages • Inspect and remove defective in Preforms and FG products • Recording & reporting all necessary parameters, sampling as well as recording daily / batch sizes • Responsible to assist Sr. Production Officer & Maintenance Technician in shift operation/troubleshooting and relive the packaging machine operators during vacations and get maximum quality production & maintain the machines regarding safety, cleaning etc. Desired Candidate Profile • Minimum 3-4 years in same field • Basic knowledge of Troubleshooting & Maintenance/repair • Preferably Diploma / ITI in Mechanical/CIPET
