Should have minimum 4 to 5 years of operational experience on how a Building maintenance company works.
Ø Valid UAE driving license is must.
Ø To have knowledge of interior fitout works like civil, MEP, gypsum, carpentry, painting etc.
Ø To build contacts and create new business opportunities and bring new clients database.
Ø Proven track record of managing sales teams and achieving set targets.
Ø Open to travel anywhere within UAE and able to make routine visits such as sites/close deals/collect payments.
Ø To setup and attend management meeting with the potential clients.
Ø Develop sales strategy
Ø Securing new MEP, Civil and building maintenance AMC contracts in Dubai.
Ø Do a regular market research.
Ø To Demonstrable experience in managing and winning bids and tenders.
Ø To prepare risk analysis, commercial calculations, pre-qualifications and resource budgeting for tenders.
Ø To perform vendor's evaluation by classifying their financial and technical proposal responses.
Ø Developing an intimate knowledge of key accounts and responding quickly and effectively to tender.
Ø Responsible for arranging client meetings visiting supplier's consultants and generally opening the door for the company technical teams to develop proposals for work and any potential opportunities.
Ø Bringing new businesses development and manage existing accounts contracts and renewals.
Ø Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Ø To prepare job costing tenders pricing and commercial documentation as and when required.
