1. JOB PURPOSE
• Prepares and serves products in the Butchery/Fish/Pork section as per standards of display, maintenance and orderliness.
• To provide excellent direct and indirect customer service to customers at the Butchery section
2. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/KNOWLEDGE
• HSE grade with an aptitude for the role or SCC with role specific certification/ minimum 1-year experience in Food retail/ F&B in the role of a butcher
• Good conversational/ communication skills in English language. Basic reading & writing in English is a must
• Arabic is an advantage
3. COMMUNICATION AND WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
• Immediate supervisors on all operational aspects through feedbacks and reporting
• Store staff for coordination and communication on team activities and needed support
4. KEY DIMENSIONS AND RELATED JOB RESULTS
• Achievement of section sales target
• Preparation of standard sized portions and cuts: trim, debone, ties, roast, mince marinate. Prepare meat products such as sausage, pies & burgers
• Provide direct and indirect customer service to customers
• Monitors stock level, ordering, receiving of stock, wastage and shrinkage
• Hygiene & Sanitation, good preparation practices
• Proper handling of tools and equipment
• Any other store activity as assigned by the supervisor

• Job location might change based on business requirement. Job holder may be relocated to any outlet or department.
• The working environment is physically demanding of time such as working long hours, working on holidays, & demands physical agility, integrity and reliability

• Job involves individual handling of work assigned as well as be a part of the team and operational process.
