We are looking for a full-time customer-oriented Chat service representative. Someone who will manage ongoing customer relationships utilizing our WhatsApp CRM system.
YOU SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
• Responding to customer inquiries via chat
• Respond to WhatsApp chat inquiries using a written voice that creates a positive connection in a professional, friendly and timely manner.
• Be the primary contact for customer inquiries about our product and brand.
• Be a first point of contact to handle/resolve any enquiries with accurate information.
• Ensure escalations are followed up within specified timeline.
• Go the extra mile to WOW each Customer you connect with.
• Build customer loyalty by follow-up of customer enquiry.
• Resolve customer queries and provide assistance as necessary within the chat interaction.
• Consult customers on products to provide the best solutions for their needs by a chat communication channel.
• Resolve customer issues with patience and understanding.
• Communicate effectively to multiple customers at the same time via chat.
• Multi task and solve problems in a fast-paced environment to achieve efficiency target and quickly navigate software programs and use shortcuts.
• Provide exceptional customer service to meet Customer satisfaction target.
WHAT ARE THE IDEAL REQUIREMENTS?
Skills and Competencies
• Comfortable familiarity with PC systems and software and the online environment.
• Handy with MS Windows and other computer applications.
• The ability to diffuse difficult customer situations.

Qualifications:
• Experience as a Chat Representative is an advantage for this role.
• Experience Textile industry , and/or online retail experience is highly regarded.
• Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills.
