Please read carfully:
Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations.Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance.Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.Construct repair schedules and evaluate repair cost estimates.Document and prepare daily progress reports and maintenance logs.Manage and prepare all technical and logistical requirements for multimilion mega projects.
Coordinate and work with government authorities for permits and approvals
Education: Bachelor degree in electrical engineering
Experience: 5 years in UAE local market and sites, 2 years of projects in government and commercial projects
