Job Description

Install, maintain and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems. Read technical diagrams and blueprints. Perform general electrical maintenance. Inspect transformers and circuit breakers and other electrical components. Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices. Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring, or fixtures. Follow National Electrical Code state and local building regulations. Circuit breaker corrective maintenance. Good knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems. Good knowledge of various test equipment. Installing, maintaining, and repairing pipe including joins, valves, drains, and fixtures in all types of structures Coordinating with a General Contractor and other building professionals on a Jobsite Understanding and following blueprints or building plans Following current rules and regulations related to plumbing to ensure that systems pass inspection for the first time Keeping and maintaining records of time spent on a job and materials purchased for the work Preparing budgets and estimating costs to bid on potential work Responding to plumbing emergencies, determining the issue, and making a repair Performing regular maintenance of plumbing systems to prevent emergencies Must have a UAE Bike license Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
