Job Description

ITI/Diploma required. min 1 year experience •Knowledge of Package unit, Split Ac , Window Ac. • Must be familiar with industrials tools (electrical/mechanical). • Must possess the ability to read, understand and execute schematics and diagrams. • Weekly and monthly inspections on HVAC, Package unit, water pumps. AHU & FCU’s • Periodic maintenance activities in AHU’s FCU’s as well non-planned maintenance in such type of equipment; • Periodic and non-periodic maintenance activities in HVAC equipment (pumps, actuators, Chilled water pumps); • Periodic mechanical maintenance in Booster pumps ,Dosing etc. • Inspections in Shutter doors , Air compressor etc.; • To be able to work at height with the proper safety ingress means (ladders, scaffolding, scissor lifts, etc.); • Conduct the daily, weekly , monthly and other periodic preventive maintenance inspections, conducts safety compliance inspections and maintains records of the production equipment and related maintenance reports; • Must be well experienced in fault finding, identifying root causes and implementing solutions. • Must possess good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in English.
