Job Description

1. Routine inspection of all common areas of the managed property. This includes all electrical, mechanical and plumbing work. 2. Perform basic trouble shooting of critical equipment such as the air conditioning system, generator set, elevator and all mechanical pumps installed on the managed property 3. Attends to job application and other emergency work whenever required 4. Report any anomalies to the building engineer/property manager 5. Regular inspection and cleaning of all electrical and mechanical equipment 6. 3 to 5 years Experience in building maintenance. 7. 2 years as multi technician and HVAC in Dubai. 8. Education in technical studies or equivalent qualification
