Job Description
SALES STAFF JOB DESCRIPTION
1) Maintains clean work environment, performing opening and closing duties
2) Handles POS, cash register including cash, debit and credit transactions
3) Responsible for doing daily inventory and placing orders ensuring proper stocks of supplies
4) Full knowledge and giving proper information of the products
5) Promotes the brand by calling customers, giving samples and offers positive customer service
6) Promotes cheerful environment for customers as well with co-workers
7) Maintains store cleanliness and over all outlet appearance
8) Reports any case of inspection conducted by government agencies i.e DED, MUNICIPALITY, etc
9) Reports any customer complaint to the immediate mall supervisor in order to rectify the issue
