Hiring for Accountant Assistant
Job Description
To assist accounts supervisor towards the following day/today accounting job related to Regional finance offices all across UAE.
• Ensure daily sales orders are updated and release for delivery as per credit policy
• Coordinate with other departments and account all the delivered products are accounted before the day close.
• Ensure daily collection of sales team are accounted and submit reconciliation and update the customer issue log for follow up purpose so as to ensure that issues are fixed before the next payment.
• Petty cash accounting and weekly submission of claim to main branch.
• Arrange to deposit the collection on a daily basis in the bank. Submit daily cash control sheet and bank &PDC reconciliation
• Update pricing of the customers and issue credit notes on a monthly basis towards their contractual obligations & including monthly accruals if any.
• Follow up for overdue above 60 days and wherever there is high exposure. SOA needs to be submitted on demand
• Log for bad and doubt full debts and arrange to coordinate with legal team for recovery of the same. Conduct surprise visit to outlet for verification wherever necessary. Coordinate with External debt collection team wherever necessary
• Ensure monthly balance sheet schedules & facilitate both external and internal audit requirements like monthly stock reconciliation /physical count/cycle count etc
• Verification of weekly verification done by commercial team/ External auditors leave & final clearance of sales staff as per co.policy including fixed assets.
• Monthly sales commission & OT calculations. Also handle accounts payable related to region office
