Job Description for Back of House for Dinebest Restaurant:
A multi skilled kitchen assistant with good all-around food preparation and catering expertise
Support Sous Chef and other kitchen employees
Assist line chefs in measuring ingredients preparation of different foods.
Assist the head chef in making requisition for food.
Ensure that food is prepared and serve to the guest on time.
Ensure health and safety standards are upheld in the kitchen.
Maintain complete knowledge of all menu items and daily features prepare all dishes following recipes and yield guides.
Keep working areas hygiene conditions according to the rules set by restaurant.
Makes sure that all food products are properly portioned
Follow the instruction and recommendation from supervisor to complete the daily task.

Job Description for Front of House for Dinebest Restaurants:
Pleasing personality with good posture.
Greeting guests as they enter, and putting them on a waiting list as necessary.
Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions.
Seating guests at tables or in waiting areas.
Assigning guests to tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of customers.
Engaging with guests to ensure they're happy with food and service.
Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them.
Answering phone calls, taking reservations and answering questions.
A knowledge of the menu.
Helping out with other positions in the restaurant as needed.
Providing great customer service.
