Job Description

Role and Responsibilities Oversee the production process, coordinating production activities and operations. Manage production quantities Manage Warehouses and maintain stock and capture inventory Decide on and order the resources that are required and ensure stock levels remain adequate Organizing workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules Assure application of quality standards Monitor the production processes Monitor productivity rates and product standards Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed at all times Ensure customer orders are completed on time and that quality standards and targets are met Assure policies and controls are applied during production jobs Collate data, putting together production reports Supervise and motivate a team of workers Review worker performance Ordering materials Manage Labor in shift Documents all events occurred during production Ensure the safe use of equipment Documentation of production processes (processes, Procedures and Guidelines) Recipes management Risk management and contingency plans Handle finished product transformation to distributors and showrooms Skills confidence technical skills project management skills organisation and efficiency leadership and interpersonal skills problem solving skills IT and numerical skills Analytics Skills communication skills teamworking skills. Fluent in English (reading, speaking and writing) Knowledge of applying quality standards The ability to set measurement indicators Knowledge in drawing processes and steps writing reports Education level Bachelor or Diploma Degree
