Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a Projects Coordinator
-Should be able to communicate and coordinate with all kind of parties like MEP contractors, Lighting contractors and audio visual contractors.
-Coordinate and finalize drawings between contractors, internal teams and clients.
-Basic knowledge of CAD drawings. Reading drawing and understanding the project.
-Diagnose issues when technologies are not working as they should.
-Troubleshoot issues related to computer or network which have been implemented. This could be remotely or ON-SITE. There could be immediate travel also involved when required.
- Assists in the implementation of the projects and train the individuals who will need to use it.
-Make sure that clients' needs are met as projects evolve and all stakeholders are updated.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
-Create and maintain project documentation, plans, and reports.
-Coordinate with internal operations and maintenance team to resolve delays or unexpected issues in project timelines.
-Prepares regular reports for management officials; attends meetings to present these findings.
-Strong organizational skills
-Should be able to work closely with teams internally and handle project maintenance support calls
Requirements:
-Degree level or equivalent experience required
-Enthusiastic FRESHERS can also apply C] Proven work experience as a Coordinator or similar role.
-Proven work experience in multiple fast paced projects.
-Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
-Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
-Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office AUTOCAD knowledge
WORK ENIVRONMENT
The coordinator works in a climate-controlled office environment and spends very little time working outdoors in the elements. Some light lifting may be necessary particularly when on-site. The individual will need to be able to think quickly on his or her feet and react to stressful situations effectively. He or she will work during normal facility operating hours— traditionally a day shift—but may be required to work during weekends or holidays when travelling for work outside country or site work.
Salary:1500-2500 depending upon the experience.
NOTE:
This job is also open to FRESHERS who are enthusiastic. You should be able to take up the responsibility given. Your performance during 1st THREE months will be monitored upon which you will be confirmed on your employment.
