Job Description

• Reporting to the Technical Manager, the candidate will be responsible for all the coordination of activities across the sites and site team • Daily monitoring of maintenance activities in sites and to complete & close the pending requests and the complaints. • To ensure that all work is completed without compromise to quality and is delivered according to the schedule • To liaise with the Client’s Engineering, Operations and Maintenance staff as required on engineering issues • Prepare Maintenance and AMC quotations based on the complaints and site requirements • Handle a Team of Technicians and coordinate with client for execution of maintenance and report to the Technical Manager • Preferably having basic knowledge of Electronics / Parking System / CCTV / MEP works • To promote safe behavior at all times
