Housekeeper/Room Attendant:
• Clean assigned guest rooms according to standards established by the hotel. It involves, but not limited to, making the bed, dusting the room and furniture, replenishing guest room and bath supplies, cleaning the bathroom, vacuuming the carpet
• Whilst cleaning the guests rooms, verify that all is in proper condition and escalating any issues/complaints to the duty Supervisor
• Clean corridors and public areas around guest rooms as assigned. Maintain cleanliness of all Housekeeping equipment to the standards of the Hotels.
• Meet and greet guests and answer any questions/queries
• Ensure daily task sheets are completed and reports are updated at the end of each shift.
• Provide the turn down service to assigned guest rooms according to standards established by the hotel. It involves, but not limited to, turning down the bed, replenishing guest room and bath supplies and cleaning the bathroom if necessary.
• Whilst cleaning the guest rooms, verify that all is in proper condition and report to Supervisor any issues or lost property items to the Supervisor
• Clean corridors and public areas around the Hotel as assigned. Maintain cleanliness of equipment, trolleys and pantries at all times.
