Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Handle sales and support for Low Voltage Switchgear components
Prepare quotations for the customers and ensure continuous follow-up on the status of the quote.
Help troubleshoot problems with customer orders, customer accounts, and other related issues
Provide customer service by staying on top of pending orders and customer requests
Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support
Provide technical support to customers based on their requirements.
Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
Educational Background must be in Electrical Industry
Must have prior experience in Electrical Sales Technical Support
