Job Summary
Ø Responsible for building a positive relationship with customers, closing deals, developing new accounts, ensuring repeat business from existing customers, and making a positive impact in a company.
Ø Achieves targets on time and in budgets
Ø Works closely with the operations supervisor to excel team delivery and excellent customer service.
Ø Performs surveys and provide initial quotations to support operations teams in getting the right quality of leads.
Responsibilities
§ Studies the Market of Soft services, MEP, HVAC maintenance and installation and delivers a high-level plan.
§ Delivers Sales targets put by the Sales and Operational leader.
§ Closes targets continuously.
§ Communicates on a daily basis status of target achievements.
§ Able to change focus rapidly in order to achieve the required income target
§ Manages Cost and lead conversion from order up until revenue
§ Financial Acumen of pricing, commissions, and value deals
§ Participates in all programs relating to performance evaluations and career development planning.
§ Manages to and achieves revenue and profitability goals
§ Provides technical administrative leadership and professional planning and scheduling duties to facilitate the execution of maintenance and repair tasks.
§ Understands the business environment of local markets including competition, purchasing and business trends.
§ Leads the effort to segment customer base and direct activities associated with customer growth and retention.
§ Generate sales leads and promotes and develops maintenance/service agreements; estimates and generates bids for contract projects/work.
§ Establishes and executes adherence to the procedure for pricing, sales to operations handover and other SOPs crucial to the business.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
§ Create monthly content for executive presentations and board reporting
§ Track and analyze key metrics including pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota attainment
§ Creating and maintaining Sales Department policies, procedures, training manuals, and sales-related resource material
§ Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
§ Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
§ Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
§ Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
§ Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
§ Estimating and submitting quotation and tenders for large-sized buildings for A/C or MEP or FM maintenance.
§ Generate project/business opportunities and RFP’s through customer contact to meet the company’s business plans and growth strategies in order to meeting and exceeding sales targets asset.
§ Collaborate with the Senior Management to prepare and implement the company’s Marketing and Business Development Plan and strategy for meeting business goals.
§ Track and report the current status of potential projects, markets, Customer news, and developments.
§ Lead the development and preparation of RFP’s, Pre-Qualification, formal presentations.
§ Following -up for invoicing and collections of service contracts.
§ Provide technical knowledge when dealing with customers.
Desired Profile
§ 5 years minimum of sales experience with a track record of success.
§ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or any related field.
§ Strong interpersonal skills, achievement-oriented, self-motivated, and organized.
§ Excellent verbal and written communications skills at all levels of the business.
§ Solid problem-solving skills and proven negotiating skills, goal orientated, and a team player.
§ Outstanding English language skills, Arabic is a plus.
§ Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain composure under pressure in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
§ Good computer skills: knowledge of and proficiency in common office applications such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
§ Honest and reliable
§ Corrupt personal will be fired immediately on misconduct and a second chance will not be given to any corrupted personnel.
§ Customer-centric approach with the ability to solve problems quickly. The successful candidate will relish the challenge of seeing a problem through to the end and be confident in dealing with multiple suppliers, clients, and team members and showing the direction to other colleagues
§ UAE DRIVING LICENSE IS A MUST
