Qualifications/Job Requirements: · Welder / Fabricator diploma or equivalent experience - At least 5-10 years of experience of TIG and stainless-steel welding and fabricating experience preferred · Experience in the conveyor, material handling, or a related industry a plus · Must be able to perform basic math operations · Be able to work independently and as part of a great team · Have a professional demeanor with the ability to manage assigned projects · Must possess a solid work ethic, and be positive, honest, and productive. · Must work well with others and want to be a part of a proactive team · Positive work ethic and attitude · Position requires some heavy lifting Key Responsibilities: · Welding of conveyor systems and similar equipment as well as some light fabrication work for a leading food conveyor manufacturer · Welding and fabrication of stainless steel and other materials to support the fabrication and assembly of our conveyors and systems · To fabricate, assemble, and weld framework and stainless steel parts · Achieve clean and desirable weld characteristics for all joints · Ability to restrain material to maintain dimensional accuracy · Must be able to read, measure, and make accurate measurements and layout on parts · Verify conformance of workpiece to spe…
