Job Description
Pool Technician Job Description.
Installation, and repair of pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water supply, and waste disposal systems of swimming pool.
Skill in the installation of pump, filtration systems and electrical work associated with swimming pool.
Ability to perform repairs including but not limited to heaters, filters, pumps, motors, cleaning systems, pool lighting, chlorination systems.
Testing Water quality, Alkalinity and pH balance.
Cleaning out filtration units.
Installation, Maintenance of swimming pools, Water Fountains,
Installation & Maintenance of water treatment system like sand filter, carbon filter, iron remover filter etc
Installation & Maintenance of sewages water treatment system.
Handle chemicals namely, chlorine or celite, required to maintain the safety and Cleanliness quality standards of the pool...
Servicing and fixing faulty pool cleaning equipment.
Cleaning swimming pool using authorized equipment.
Clean, adjusts, and performs minor repairs to swimming pools auxiliary equipment.
Monitors, handles, and installs all chemicals for swimming pools.
Understanding of pool plumbing and water flow, (main drains, skimmers, pool returns, pump supply and discharge lines, filters, heaters).
Job Skills & Qualifications Required:
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent
Certification or associate’s degree from a plumbing program at a technical school
4-5 years of work experience in swimming pool
Must have excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral
