Job description :
1. Document scrutiny and collection of applications for visa processing
2. Handle customer/applicant queries personally or via email, telephone.
3. Handle cash and bank related transactions if assigned and ensure100% accuracy
4. Record & maintain all application data. Ensure accurate & timely data entry
into the system with zero errors.
5. Maintain close relationships with suppliers and keep constant accurate communication, especially on clients needs and requests.
6.Always ensure high level of knowledge about services and products, so all selling opportunities are being taken advantage of
7. Follow-up with retail customers to provide feedback on companies' social media platforms and google.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
○ Excellent in English and Arabic and other additional languages as an advantage.
○ Knowledge of customer service etiquette and practices
○ Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include Excel and demonstrable skills in database management and record keeping
○ Data entry and typing skills, attention to detail and accuracy
○ Positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service, maintenance of confidentiality.
○ Ability to work independently
