The Waiter/Waitress is responsible to serve Food & Beverage to guests in the assigned Place of Work, provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service in order to maximize guest satisfaction. Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Required to manage a section of the F&B outles
• Run food and beverages to customers
Comfortable working in outdoors operations if required
• Appearance – well groomed - Experience – ideally 5* hotels with busy operations
• Working hours will be 48 per week excluding breaks
High standards of verbal and written communication in English.
• Excellent presentation skills with high grooming standards.
