This is collected in advance Urgent Required : ADMIN ASSISTANT For Company Location: Ajman, UAE Industry: RENT A CAR / GARAGE Job Type: Full Time/Permanent Education: Bachelors Experience: 2 Years Driving license : UAE driving license Salary : Starting from 2500 To 3000 • Conducting tenders for all customers and following up on them. • conduct monthly allowances for the sales team. • Daily reports - weekly - monthly - quarterly sales visits to colleagues, and analysis of visits compared to selling per colleague. • Working the internal and external purchase orders. • Follow-up of recruitment procedures. • Make a database of all the documents of the company. • Modify and update the quarterly price list yearly • Coordination of weekly meetings. • Follow-up faults in the company with the head of maintenance and cleanliness of the role. • Making the holidays for colleagues Candidate Requirements • Looking for an admin assistant – STRICTLY MALE candidate with high integrity and minimum 2 years work experience in sales and marketing • Knowledge of *** visa process, *** labour law and procedures • Proven experience as an administrative assistant • Proficiency in MS Outlook (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint) • Prepare, edit all correspondence, invoices, billing, reports and documentation • Monitoring monthly bills, team expense, making relevant reports • Preparing monthly salary cheque and to do banking work as per requirements,, Send the CV ON : sd************l.com/What's app :00****0 56****8
