Job Description
The Administrative Assistant will work directly with the Client Service Executive and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment. Responsibilities  Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics including scheduling of operational fieldwork.  Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and providing solutions  Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners  Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents  Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clients  Undertaking the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence  Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way  Research required information using available resources  Manage and resolve customer complaints  Provide customers with product and service information  Demonstrate Teamwork spirit to ensure a positive working environment. Every member is expected to respect and support other team members  Other duties as assigned by the Management Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)  Well-groomed, neat appearance might require uniform dress code commitment  Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures  Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint is a must  Proficiency in English  Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening  Exemplary planning and time management skills  Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload  High level verbal and written communications skills  Discretion and confidentiality Desired Profile  Minimum of 2+ years of experience as an Admin Assistant  Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software  Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties  Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities  Friendly and professional demeanor
