The Administrative Assistant will work directly with the Client Service Executive and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment. Responsibilities Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics including scheduling of operational fieldwork. Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and providing solutions Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clients Undertaking the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way Research required information using available resources Manage and resolve customer complaints Provide customers with product and service information Demonstrate Teamwork spirit to ensure a positive working environment. Every member is expected to respect and support other team members Other duties as assigned by the Management Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Well-groomed, neat appearance might require uniform dress code commitment Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint is a must Proficiency in English Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening Exemplary planning and time management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload High level verbal and written communications skills Discretion and confidentiality Desired Profile Minimum of 2+ years of experience as an Admin Assistant Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities Friendly and professional demeanor
