Job description Job description: We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic Maintenance professionals who pride themselves on their ability as an A/C Technician you are responsible to Installing, inspecting, maintaining and repairing Electrical system, Plumbing MEP for villas and residential apartments. service and repair temperature and air quality control systems and your role will include key responsibilities such as: 1. A minimum (01) or (02) years working experience in a similar role is required. 2. Good organisational skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently and take initiative when needed. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Repair, maintain and provide technical attention to all electrical and mechanical refrigeration systems of the hotel - freezer, fridges, ice makers, fan coil units, chiller, etc. Check on performance of refrigeration systems and components. Verify all door closing systems on walk in coolers / freezer (door gaskets / latches). Check and maintain all defrosting systems and automation of ice makers, Work on maintenance requests from all departments, Ensure routine cleaning of fan coil units and air-handling unit filters, Check on performance of air-conditioning and chill water systems, Cooperate with all engineering colleges in detention of failures of air-condition and refrigeration system and function set up. Masonry: Plastering, bricklaying, tiling, excavation and drilling, maintenance and use of abrasive wheels equipment, basic plumbing and carpentry Plumbing: Welding, brazing, lead work, repairs to domestic hot/cold water supplies, clearance and repairs to soil and associated waste water systems, patch repairs to wall finishes, tiling, basic carpentry and masonry. Painting: Apply paint, stain and other finishes to property walls, ceilings, and furniture using brushes, spray guns, or rollers. Apply primers or sealers to prepare new surfaces for finish coats. Electrical: Create, maintain and repair the electronic components and equipment used in any equipment or device that involves electricity Mechanical: Check equipment and operating systems. Ensure mechanical operations, standards and controls are maintained at high quality. Repair and perform preventive maintenance as per established standards. What is a AC Technician?

A AC Technician is a person who specializes in maintaining and repairing air conditioning units. They may also be responsible for installing new air conditioning units, or troubleshooting problems with existing ones.

What qualifications are required to become a AC Technician?

1. A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required to become an AC Technician.

2. Some knowledge of repair and maintenance procedures for air conditioning systems is helpful, but not mandatory.
