We are looking for a dynamic accounting administrator to manage our company's financial processes. Your duties will include documenting invoices, running payroll, and managing the flow of petty cash. You will also be required to update accounting databases and report any financial discrepancies to management.

What is a Accounts Admin?

A Accounts Admin is a specialist within an organization who oversees and manages the accounts payable function. They ensure that all invoices are paid on time, in full, and according to company policy. Additionally, they may be responsible for maintaining records of invoice activity and investigating any discrepancies or issues related to payments.

What qualifications are required to become a Accounts Admin?

1. A degree in accounting or a related field is required.

2. Experience working with accounts payable and receivable systems is ideal.

3. Strong computer skills are necessary, including knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Word.

4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are essential for success as an Accounts Admin.. 5 . Proven experience managing budgets, setting goals, conducting audits or reviews is also beneficial
