What is a Accounts Admin?

A accounts admin is responsible for maintaining the financial records of a company and ensuring that all transactions are recorded in an accurate and timely manner. They also ensure that all financial reports are prepared in accordance with applicable regulations. Additionally, they may be involved in overseeing day-to-day operations of the finances department.

What qualifications are required to become a Accounts Admin?

A college degree in accounting or business administration, three years of experience in accounts payable and receivable processing, strong computer skills.

What are the skills required to become a Accounts Admin?

1. Strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills

2. Proven experience managing financial accounts in a commercial setting

3. Knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks or Excel, preferably with manual tracking capabilities
