A Accounts Admin is responsible for maintaining the financial records of a business and ensuring accurate reporting to management. They may also be responsible for creating or editing reports, preparing budgets, and issuing invoices.
1. A degree in accounting or a related field is required.
2. Experience working in an accounts administration position is preferred, but not necessary.
3. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word are essential skills for this career path.
4. Excellent telephone and customer service skills are also important, as Accounts Administrators often work closely with customers and other departments within a company..
5. Being able to keep track of multiple tasks at once while maintaining focus is another key skill for success as an Accounts Administrator
