I am hiring for the position of Admin/Accountant, who will be handling the below duties: 1. All the Admin related duties whatever and is expected by the company CEO 2. Accounting functions such as issue of cheque, reconciliation of the bank statements, Vat filing, 3. HR related tasks such as visa issuance, salary processing, preparation of letters required for any government activities and also assist the CEO in his daily tasks. All the above mentioned are a general form only, there may be tasks added. I am looking for a female who can handle the front desk accompanied with all the above mentioned tasks. The candidate I am looking for should be presentable, active, confident with excellent communication skills. Prefer Indians. If the candidate has a driving license, would appreciate but not mandatory. Female candidates on their spouse visa are an advantage.

A Accounts Admin is responsible for the financial well-being of a company or organization. This includes managing accounts, issuing invoices and tracking expenses. They may also be tasked with resolving customer complaints or overseeing accounting software programs.
1. A degree in business or accounting from a reputable university
2. Experience working with accounts receivable, accounts payable, and related financial tasks
3. Excellent written and oral communication skills
4. Strong computer literacy – able to use various software programs for Accounts Admin purposes
5. Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating system
