A Accounts Admin is responsible for the overall administration of an organization's accounts. This includes creating and managing user profiles, tracking spending, documenting transactions, and more.
1. Experience in accounting or related field
2. Excellent communication and organizational skills
3. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
4. Proven experience managing financial data and reporting processes
5. Familiarity with QuickBooks
1. Excellent organizational skills -being able to keep track of multiple tasks and deadlines is a must for an Accounts Admin.
2. Strong computer skills -accounting software can be complex, so having good knowledge of how to use a PC is essential for this position.
3. Knowledge in financial accounting systems- knowing the ins and outs of various bookkeeping programs will help ensure accurate records are kept on behalf of the company's finances. 4 Good communication and interpersonal skills – being able to effectively convey information both verbally and in written form helps make accounts payable processes run smoothly 5 Experience working with people from different departments – accountants need to have excellent customer service skills when dealing with other divisions within a business
