An Accounts Admin is responsible for administering and maintaining the financial records of a business. They will oversee all aspects of accounting, including receivables, payables, inventory, budgets and reports. 1. A college degree in accounting or a related field is required.
2. Previous experience working as an accounts payable or accounts receivable clerk would be beneficial, but not mandatory.

4. Proven proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet software is essential for filing accurate reports and tracking transactions throughout the fiscal year
