What is a Accounts Admin?

An Accounts Admin is responsible for administering and maintaining the financial records of a business. They will oversee all aspects of accounting, including receivables, payables, inventory, budgets and reports. Additionally, they may be involved in day-to-day operations such as ordering supplies or authorizing payments to vendors.

What qualifications are required to become a Accounts Admin?

1. A college degree in accounting or a related field is required.

2. Previous experience working as an accounts payable or accounts receivable clerk would be beneficial, but not mandatory.

3. Excellent computer skills are necessary to manage the financial records of a business effectively and efficiently.

4. Proven proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet software is essential for filing accurate reports and tracking transactions throughout the fiscal year
