A Accounts Admin is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, as well as overall organizational efficiency. They work closely with the CEO to ensure that all operations are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures. Additionally, an Accounts Admin typically handles customer relations, manages finances and oversees accounting functions within a business.
-A college degree in accounting or a related field
- 2 years of experience as an accounts payable/accounts receivable clerk, accountant, bookkeeper or controller
- Strong computer skills - ability to use Excel and Word for data entry and analysis; Familiarity with databases such as Oracle or Microsoft Access is beneficial
1. Excellent written and oral communication skills
2. Proven experience working with accounting software programs
3. Familiarity with finance terminology, concepts and principles
