They must also have excellent problem-solving abilities in order to resolve any issues that arise with clients' banking transactions or accounts records.

Proven computer literacy - In order to effectively carry out tasks such as logging into banks' systems, an account assistant will need strong PC skills both at home and work environment (where necessary).
