Strings International Advertising is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Accounts Assistant in their office located in UNITED ARAB EMIRATES. They are a DIRECT COMPANY with a team of 2-10 employees working to offer services that ensure the highest standards of quality and perfection.
An Accounts Assistant is a person who assists the accountant in handling financial transactions. They may also assist with tax preparation and other accounting-related tasks.
1. The ability to read and write accounts payable, receivable, and other financial statements.
2. Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of customer service standards is essential for this position.
4. Proven experience working within an accounting or finance organization preferably in a clerical/accounting support role is desirable but not required for this position
A good foundation for becoming an Accounts Assistant would include strong communication and organizational skills, as well as a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Additionally, accountants may need to have experience with bookkeeping or accounting software programs. Finally, accounts assistants typically must be able to handle customer inquiries efficiently and effectively
