Assistant Accountant Job Description As an Assistant Accountant at FLM Auto Spare Parts Trading LLC, you will join a team of highly skilled professionals working in a fast-paced environment. You will be accountable for a variety of accounting activities including, but not limited to preparing and analyzing financial statements, maintaining ledgers, analyzing and reconciling accounts, and assisting with the preparation of tax returns. You will also work closely with other departments in order to provide accurate, timely accounting data for management decisions. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of accounting principles. Additionally, excellent communication skills are essential for successful reporting directly to senior management. Candidate Requirements 1. Prepare, examine and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting standards. 2. Compile information for external auditors for the annual audit. 3. Develop and doent business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls. 4. Provide technical support and advice on management accountant related issues. 5. Analyse a variety of complex financial information and doents including budget-variance analysis and economic trends in order to inform decision-making activities.
