An Accounts Executive is responsible for the financial and administrative functions of a company. They work with vendors, accountants, bankers, and other business partners to maintain accurate records and manage budgets. An accounts executive may also be involved in marketing or sales efforts.
In order to become an Accounts Executive, a person must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. They should also be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and be organized. Finally, the individual should possess strong problem solving abilities and knowledge of accounting systems.

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team. The Accountant will be responsible for managing all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities: • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payments, and collections • Prepare and process payroll • Reconcile bank accounts • Prepare financial statements and reports • Monitor and analyze financial data • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations • Assist with budgeting and forecasting • Assist with Tax Audits & Tax Returns, Direct Internal, External Audits to ensure Compliance. • Plan, assign & Review Staff's Work. • Support Month-end & Year-end Process. • Produce Error - Free Accounting Reports • Develop and implement internal controls • Maintain accurate records and filing systems Requirements: • UAE Driving License (Preferable) • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting field • 2+ years of UAE accounting experience is Mandatory • Experience in Interior Design/ Fit-out firm (Preferable) • Proficiency in Odoo, Tally & Microsoft office • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills • Strong attention to detail If you are interested in this position, please submit your resume and cover letter for consideration.
