JOB DECRIPTION: SHOP SALESMAN • Consistency in greeting and meeting the clients and exceeding the sales targets. • Managing portfolio renewals and establishing relationship with customers. • Can able to quote for the Japanese Auto Spare parts according to the customer needs. • Following up for collection of payment. • Participating in sales meetings. • We are looking for energetic and self-motivated professionals who can delight our existing or new customers. • Should able to perform the counter sales with strong consulting and negotiations skills in order to be successful in selling. • You will be preparing and presenting auto parts quotations, emailing and following up, confidently servicing and consulting each prospect. We would like to hear from career-oriented people with drive and passion for sales and consulting, who will thrive in our atmosphere and progress up the organization, taking on more responsibilities. Requirements: • Demonstrable success working in counter sales in showroom. • Apt phone etiquette and friendly phone voice. • Polished convincing and negotiations skills. • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. • Flexibility and openness to innovation and improvement. • Atleast 5 years of sales experience in Japanese Auto Spare Parts. • Strong Excel and Mathematical skills. • Impressive portfolio. • Good knowledge in UAE Automobile market. • Possesses a high level of professionalism, assertiveness and honesty.

Develop weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans detailing concepts and actions necessary to achieve business growth opportunities consistent with the Company’s growth objectives. 3. Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, yearly financial targets. 4. Understand the customer and their needs, take prompt action, effectively work with team members to offer insight and intelligence with respect to customer demands. 5.
