What is a Shuttering Carpenter?

1. A shuttering carpenter is someone who installs and repairs windows, doors and shutters.

2. They are skilled in measuring spaces, cutting openings to fit the correct size of window or door, as well as installing them correctly into frameworks.

3. Shuttering carpenters must be able to handle a lot of pressure during installation jobs - sometimes there can be wind or snow blowing around inside the building!

4. Finally, they need to have good hand-eye coordination so that their work looks neat and tidy when it's finished

What qualifications are required to become a Shuttering Carpenter?

1. A Shuttering Carpenter must have a minimum of two years experience in carpentry or construction.

2. They must be able to read and understand blueprints/drawings, and have excellent eye-hand coordination skills.

3. They must also be skilled at using hand tools such as saws, hammers, chisels etc., as well as having strong manual dexterity and stability when working on ladders or scaffolds).

4. They are required to possess good problem solving skills; being able to identify potential problems before they become major ones, troubleshoot them efficiently, and come up with creative solutions when necessary (i e fixing things that don't quite fit together correctly). 5 . In addition to the abovementioned qualifications - Shuttering Carpenters typically require certification from an organization such as The National Board for Certification in Building Construction (NBCCB)
