What qualifications are required to become a Steel Fixer?

1. Experience fixing steel structures is required.

2. Must be able to read blueprints and understand what needs to be fixed on a structure.

3. Familiar with welding techniques is helpful but not necessary for this position.

4 . Basic math skills are needed, as calculations will need to be made during repairs/installations of steel beams or girders etc..

5 . must have good work ethic
