Power Group Of Companies is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of AC Technician in their office located in UNITED ARAB EMIRATES. They are a DIRECT COMPANY with a team of 1000+ employees working to offer services that ensure the highest standards of quality and perfection.
A technician who repairs and maintains AC systems. May also work on heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Typically required to have a high school diploma or GED, along with experience in repairing/maintaining AC units
-A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
-Fluent in English and technical jargon.
-Basic electrical knowledge, including ability to read schematics and troubleshoot equipment.
-Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
-Good problem solving skills
1. Knowledge of AC systems and components
2. Strong technical skills in power tools, wiring, and repairs
3. Experience working with computers and equipment maintenance software
4. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and writtenly with others within the workplace
5. Inspection experience or knowledge of proper safety procedures

Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment. Minimum 3-5 years of Experience in a Maintenance Company. Identifying maintenance risks on equipment. Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems. Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services. Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently. Providing technical direction and on-the-job training. Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions. Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act. Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements. Assisting with customers' queries. Arranges for equipment installation for Jobs. Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating. Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays with short or no notice. Ability to work in confined spaces. Keep all tools in good working condition. A proven record of previous work.
