Accountant cum Logistics Executive Job in Sharjah

Manage all accounting transactions in excel or software Preparation and verifying of payments & receipts for suppliers and monthly bills Prepare reconciliation of banks (Month wise) Reconcile all accounts payable and receivables Payment reconciliation and follow-ups (Month wise) Handle monthly, quarterly and annual account closings Ensure timely bank payments Compute VAT (Quarterly) Compute pay slips & WPS (Monthly) Maintain Petty cash (Daily) Prepare Daily Sales Report Prepare independently Trial balance, balance sheets and profit/loss statements Comply with financial policies and regulations Audit support financial transactions and documents Ensure filing invoice all documents properly and accounting standards. Prepare budget forecasts Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary Prepare Monthly Statements for all our Key Accounts
