What is a Accounts Admin?

A Accounts Admin is responsible for creating, managing and maintaining an organization's accounts receivable/payable system. This person typically oversees the billing process as well as ensuring that all invoices are paid on time. Additionally, this position may also be involved in tracking customer information and managing inventory levels.

What qualifications are required to become a Accounts Admin?

1. The person must have excellent organizational, clerical and accounting skills.

2. They must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal disruption.

3. Prior experience in accounts payable or receivable is a plus, but not required for the position.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential because the Accounts Admin will be working closely with others within the organization on a daily basis.

5.. Finally, they should also possess strong problem solving abilities as this position may require resolving complex issues

What are the skills required to become a Accounts Admin?

1. Strong computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office and a good understanding of accounting software; 2.
