A Accounts Admin is a role that ensures the proper functioning of an organization's financial systems. They ensure all transactions are recorded and processed correctly, keeping track of budgets and expenditures to ensure accuracy. Additionally, they may be responsible for issuing invoices or tracking payments received from clients.
1) A degree in accounting, business administration or related field.
2) 1-3 years of experience as an accounts payable/accounts receivable clerk or similar position.
3) Excellent written and oral communication skills.
4) Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Excel and Access.
5) Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal disruption to workflow
