A Accounts Admin is someone who oversees and manages the accounts of a company or organization. They may be responsible for creating, editing, deleting, approving or disapproving transactions from an account, as well as ensuring that all financial records are up-to-date.
The person should have excellent computer skills and knowledge of accounting procedures. They also need good organizational skills, as they will be responsible for managing large amounts of data. Finally, they must have strong customer service skills, as they will be interacting with clients on a regular basis.
1. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet research;
2. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills;
3. Experience working with databases such as MySQL or Access;
4. Knowledge of accounting software programs, such as QuickBooks or Peachtree Accounting ;
