Employment: Full Time for male candidate from KERALA • Manage all financial accounting activities for business operations. • Develop financial statements for payroll processing, account reconciliations, account receivables, account payables, revenue, expenditure, etc. • Determine accounting errors or discrepancies and suggest necessary corrective action. • Maintain accurate accounting records for future references. • Help other department in financial analysis and accounting tasks. • Assist in account receivables and payables activities. • Respond to accounting related questions and inquiries from employees. • Ensure financial records comply with company policies and accounting principles. • Perform month end closing activities such as account reconciliation, revenue accounting, expense accounting, etc. • Prepare finance reports required for team meetings or as requested by management and customers. • Prepare and submit financial reports in a timely and accurate manner. • Review all financial reports to ensure accuracy and completeness. • Support preparation of annual budget, forecast and projections. • Assist in preparing necessary documentations for annual financial audits. • Address bank related matters and comply with all the requirements needed – AML. • Bachelor’s Degree Major in Accountancy • CPA is added advantage but not mandatory • Knowledgeable in UAE VAT and Incoming Corporate Income Tax

A accounts admin is a person who manages and maintains the financial records of an organization. They are responsible for ensuring accurate accounting data, preparing financial statements, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. Accounts admins also assist in directing marketing efforts and overseeing budgeting processes.
1. A college degree in accounting or related field is required.
2. Previous experience working with accounts receivable, accounts payable and financial management software programs is preferred but not required.
3. Excellent attention to detail and strong computer skills are necessary for this position as well as the ability to work independently and extensively under pressure.
4. Strong problem solving skills are also beneficial since Accounts Admin roles can often involve resolving complex issues on a day-to-day basis..
