A Accounts Admin is someone who manages and maintains the accounts of a company or organization. This may include creating and managing user profiles, setting up security measures, investigating customer complaints, and more.
1. Strong computer skills, including an understanding of Microsoft Office and a working knowledge of the Internet;
2. Ability to create and manage budgets;
3. Familiarity with accounting software programs such as QuickBooks or Peachtree Accounting Professional (PAP);
4. Experience in customer service or marketing;
5. Excellent communication, organizational, problem solving and time management abilities
1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
2. Proven experience working in a financial or administrative role
3. Ability to effectively communicate with others, both internally and externally
4. Excellent computer literacy – able to use various software applications proficiently
