A accounts assistant is a position that assists in managing finances, providing customer service, and keeping records. The duties of an accounts assistant may vary depending on the company, but generally they will be responsible for tasks such as reconciling bank statements, preparing invoices, tracking expenses, and more.
1. Must be able to type at a fast pace.
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is mandatory.
3. Knowledge of Excel and QuickBooks are ideal, but not necessary。
