Madhu Multi Trading LLC is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Accounts Associate in their office located in UNITED ARAB EMIRATES. They are a DIRECT COMPANY with a team of 11-50 employees working to offer services that ensure the highest standards of quality and perfection.
An accounts associate is responsible for creating and maintaining accurate financial records, preparing client statements, and providing support to other departmental employees. They may also provide customer service or handle billing inquiries.
1. At least 1 year of experience in a accounting or bookkeeping position.
2. Excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to stay calm under pressure.
3. Strong computer literacy in Excel, Word, and other common accounting software programs.
4. Proven proficiency with QuickBooks® or another similar software program used for recording business finances (or be able to learn it quickly).
