The Accounts Manager is responsible for the financial well-being of an organization. This includes managing all aspects of the finance department, including budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, accounts receivable/payable tracking and accrual accounting. The manager also oversees human resources functions related to payroll and benefits administration as well as ensuring compliance withinternalandexternalfinancial reportingrequirements.
