We " Al Alamia Group " Locating in Al Ain city looking to hire an Accountant who already resides in Al Ain city and looking for long term stable job. The Accountant Must be excellent in English writing, speaking & excellent in computer skills especially Microsoft office and excel and have background using accounting software. also preferred to have: - Accounting experience : 3+ years - Office Administration Background for 2+years _Main duties as follow:_ **Posting and processing all business transactions/vouchers. Reconciling bank statements and the general ledger and all sorts of reconciliation in accounts. Reviewing and reporting expenses. Preparing weekly/monthly reports and supporting the month-end closing process. Managing end-to-end bookkeeping functions of complete Trial Balance on monthly basis. Processing balance sheets and other financial statements. Accounts finalization and assistance to audit and provide all documents and schedules to the external accountants. Managing accounts payable accounts receivable. VAT filing/processing and managing all VAT declarations and claims back. Supporting team for office administrative tasks , Document control and clerical duties. Accounting for petty cash and maintaining all the supporting documentation. Reviewing of all debtors/creditors accounts. Checking and accounting of utility bills. Checking and preparing monthly Payroll, all employees’ related payments including leave, salary advances, and final settlement. inventory control and logistics. Basic Human Resources tasks. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract -Salary Package including all the following: Medical health insurance, UAE residency visa, MOHRE labor contract, Abu Dhabi labor card, work permit, annual leave, and paid public holidays. An accounts manager is responsible for managing an organization's financial resources. They may be tasked with budgeting and forecasting, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy of ledgers. Additionally, they may work to secure funding from external sources or negotiate contracts on behalf of the company.
1. A degree in Accounting or a related field is most desirable, but not required.
2. Previous experience as an accounts payable clerk, accountant, financial analyst or similar position is preferred.
3. Experience with software such as QuickBooks and Excel are beneficial but not necessary; knowledge of accounting principles will be adequate for the role.
4 Strong organization skills are important: Accounts Managers need to stay organized and keep track of multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines set by management .
5 Being able to communicate effectively both verbally and in written form is essential for any successful account manager career
